Sent package from Switzerland to an US address on March 23rd 2026. Package disappeared in usps facility. No updates anymore, no success with missing mail notice. That’s honestly the worst postal service I’ve ever experienced. And it’s impossible to send them an email, since the contact to customer service doesn’t work
