Review Time
United States Postal Service package delivery service is the worst. I’ve been waiting for my package for over a month now. It’s ridiculous. I not only never know when is my package arriving but even have had a package never arrived. I wish eBay and the rest didn’t use USPS. I hate their service.
USPS is the most expensive postal service to Australia.

It took over them 2 weeks to dispatch my post on the air plane.

Poor service in general. In 1860 a first class letter took 10 days to cross the country by Pony Express. It still takes 10 days in the jet age. Sometimes my experience with 'Priority Mail' has been no better. It's way past time to make the USPS Great Again!
These people couldn't pour water out of a boot with the instructions written on the heel. I have had more packages misrouted in the last year than I can count at this point. From items getting lost to being delivered to the wrong address. I actually had a package that shipped from central Ohio to me in Tennessee that was routed all the way to Miami Fl. Today I was expecting a package that is a replacement for one that got delivered to the wrong address and not recovered. The post office sends it to the wrong hub so it has to go back to the main P.O. in Nashville. There is a days delay. Then it has to go by truck within 300 yards of my house to Chattanooga Tn. just to be sent right back in the direction it just came from to get to my local P.O. So a total of 3 days delay. Frustrating isn't the word. Now I've just checked the tracking on another package that shipped two days ago from Cincinnati Oh. coming again to Tennessee. Tracking shows that it will deliver tomorrow. The only problem is it's been sent to Detroit Mi. 265 miles in the wrong direction. At this point it will not arrive until Sat. maybe. It's happening so frequently now that it's becoming expected. The absolute worst service and yet the prices keep increasing.
Only gave a 1 because I couldn't get to the review section unless I did. How many packages can I send that don't make it to the destination? 2 this year already and it's February. Why are you hiring people that can't do their jobs without stealing shit? This is ridiculous already. If one more item i send gets stolen. I'm going to go down to the local post office and raise all hell. Not playing with you anymore.
I purchased an item online less then 30 mi from me in Ohio. The seller got it to the post office on time. From there everything went down hill. Tracking posted weather delay when there was no bad weather. Then the item 4 days later ended up over a thousand miles away in Austin Tx. From this point who knows when I will receive it. Used to take one day for shipping from the same location. Now, who knows if I will ever get the item.
Packages sometimes take forever. No one will explain why. Automated robot is not helpful. As a business we have completely stopped using USPS and my life has been more joyful since cutting them out of my life.
Paid for 1 day shipping in a package Wednesday. Yall received the package Thursday. Got to my city (city is only 20 minutes from one end to the other end) on Friday morning.
Estimated delivery date is Tuesday. How the heck is that is 1 day?! Why the heck would you wait multiple days on a 1 day delivery?! Like be for freaking real.
Usps should get zero stars but that's not an option. I know there are probably some responsible workers but overall their service is a joke now. They might as well say they've gone back to horse and buggy, although that would probably be faster. So sad that it's gone downhill as it has, yet they make sure to charge top dollar for the services.
