They are very responsive when you want to make a purchase, but after spending a significant amount on a new dress, the experience was terrible. The side panel pattern doesn't align with the front or back, which looks bad. There was no apology for this issue, and if I had known, I wouldn't have placed the order. They even sent it to the wrong address and wanted me to pay extra to correct their mistake. It's been a hassle to retrieve my order. From what I've read, they are unresponsive when it comes to refunds. If I could show a picture of the design I was promised versus what I received, I would. Their reply is misleading; they never indicated that the final product would differ from the design. I have tried to resolve this through a consumer protection agency, but the service has not responded.
