Whenever I need to purchase extra shirts for our club, the process is straightforward. I concur with another reviewer that the button-up shirts tend to run small. The support team has always been very helpful whenever I have questions.
The service provided outstanding assistance in completing my shirt design. The final product is fantastic and will be used by my race team along with their family and friends. Given the shipping distance, the delivery timeframe was impressive. I will certainly use them again in the future!
They are very responsive when you want to make a purchase, but after spending a significant amount on a new dress, the experience was terrible. The side panel pattern doesn't align with the front or back, which looks bad. There was no apology for this issue, and if I had known, I wouldn't have placed the order. They even sent it to the wrong address and wanted me to pay extra to correct their mistake. It's been a hassle to retrieve my order. From what I've read, they are unresponsive when it comes to refunds. If I could show a picture of the design I was promised versus what I received, I would. Their reply is misleading; they never indicated that the final product would differ from the design. I have tried to resolve this through a consumer protection agency, but the service has not responded.
