This is by far the most unprofessional business I have encountered. I paid $1,500 for two trademarks six months ago, and the process is still incomplete. I've been given the runaround constantly, and today, they audaciously informed me that the government requires an additional $2,625 within seven days, or my application will be abandoned. Despite providing everything requested, paying the required fees, and asking all pertinent questions from the start, I feel deceived and misled. I strongly advise against using this business and intend to report them to all relevant parties. Be cautious and avoid being duped; it's likely their previous reviews are artificially generated. 😒
