They have not responded to my review STATING FACTS. I ask Trust Pilot (in whom we place our trust) to INVESTIGATE AND request each of the 5 star reviews to provide the USPTO serial number of their application and the trademark name (publicly) in the review. The reviews can only be properly verified with that essential USPTO verification for a trademark application.

Despite providing everything requested, paying the required fees, and asking all pertinent questions from the start, I feel deceived and misled. I strongly advise against using this business and intend to report them to all relevant parties. Be cautious and avoid being duped; it's likely their previous reviews are artificially generated. 😒
