They only present a couple of choices, both of which have not delivered reliable broadband or phone service for over 13 years. While there are competitive pricing and broadband options available from other providers in our area, the platform's refusal to incorporate new alternatives is a significant drawback. It seems like a lack of initiative at the management level. Since they only feature a couple of networks or service agents, the platform has become ineffective for me.
