I used Uswith to sign up for broadband back in September 2025 with vodaphone and was promised a £150 gift voucher through Giftcloud Which you have to wait for up to 120 day ,After I sign up my old email provider contacted me and said they wanted £50 a year for me to keep on using my email address , So I changed to gmail and informed vodaphone who's promotion it was, I had tried to update my email address with Giftcloud but that is not possible , In the meantime Giftcloud sent my voucher to my old email address which I have no access to , Next I followed their instructions and raised a ticket with them and have never had a reply , I posted a bad review on trustpilot and they replied saying that my ticket had run out and they would contact vodaphone and sort it out, And once again weeks later and no reply, I've spoken to vodaphone and they say it's nothing to do with them , So now I will have to go to Ofcom and complain about all three firm involved.
The platform has not refreshed its offerings with newer operators, continuing to rely on outdated companies that fail to provide us with signals or supplier options in our region. They only present a couple of choices, both of which have not delivered reliable broadband or phone service for over 13 years. While there are competitive pricing and broadband options available from other providers in our area, the platform's refusal to incorporate new alternatives is a significant drawback. It seems like a lack of initiative at the management level. Since they only feature a couple of networks or service agents, the platform has become ineffective for me. I'm considering checking other cashback sites to see if they offer better options.
You mentioned that earnings were paid on January 6th. However, the earnings for the 25-hour offer were settled weeks prior. The app indicates that earnings for Christmas Day are still pending calculation. There hasn't been any other deposit in the account. Can you clarify what you meant?
