I used Uswith to sign up for broadband back in September 2025 with vodaphone and was promised a £150 gift voucher through Giftcloud Which you have to wait for up to 120 day ,After I sign up my old email provider contacted me and said they wanted £50 a year for me to keep on using my email address , So I changed to gmail and informed vodaphone who's promotion it was, I had tried to update my email address with Giftcloud but that is not possible , In the meantime Giftcloud sent my voucher to my old email address which I have no access to , Next I followed their instructions and raised a ticket with them and have never had a reply , I posted a bad review on trustpilot and they replied saying that my ticket had run out and they would contact vodaphone and sort it out, And once again weeks later and no reply, I've spoken to vodaphone and they say it's nothing to do with them , So now I will have to go to Ofcom and complain about all three firm involved.
