Getting any help is nigh on impossible. I have emailed for advice on several occasions and have either been point blank ignored or my problem not addressed at all. I am at my wits end with worry and no one seems to give a ****, which considering I was actually trying to sort a problem before it arose is astounding. Unfortunately said problem has now arisen and now I'm left in a predicament that they just don't seem to care about!
