I am relatively new to crowdtesting, but I have found uTest to be organized well enough to manage all the global projects and testers. There is a lot of ramping up needed in order to be proficient and to get accustomed to the interface. There are tutorials that should be watched if you ever get stuck. Each project is very different, so you really need to read all the directions carefully before committing.
