Not only did she also quickly understand but also lodged a complaint on my behalf because Utilita blocked switching to British Gas in November three times sending out a letter. Reason given, that there was a debt on the gas. At that time I actually had credit of thirty two pound! In addition Amanda also offered follow up with a call in three days time.
