Trying to take over an account moving into a new flat. Had the emergency help desk directly insult me multiple times after failing to describe any meters correctly in my flat. Made several life style and religious comments that made me very uncomfortable including trying to get me to praise jesus. Also unreachable for over 15 days so I have been stuck with no power. Terrible and app does not work despite giving correct to it on login. If there was a way to give 0 rn I would.
I've barely even started using their service and this alone makes me want to never deal with them again. The religious trying to get me to praise jesus from supposedly a manager on their emergency line is highly inappropriate. Regardless of Ur beliefs or what you think of a customer keep Ur thoughts to yourself and off of the call. Have some basic manners and do your job. Which their costumer service cannot seem to do.
