While I did speak with another staff member who, unfortunately, was not patient and disconnected the call abruptly, Mellisa's assistance was a complete contrast. She helped me restore my electricity, patiently guiding me through the process even as I became frustrated and upset due to the outage and the difficulty it posed for my two children. Mellisa's calm and patient demeanor was invaluable; she waited, aided me throughout the call, and never lost her composure despite my frustration. She is an exceptional person and a credit to the Utilita team. I cannot thank her enough for her calm approach, for not disconnecting the call, and for clearly communicating when the signal was poor. Her patience was remarkable, especially considering my previous experience with another Utilita staff member who hung up on me – a disrespectful act that compounded the stress of having no electricity with two children to care for. I am deeply grateful to Mellisa; she deserves a bonus for her outstanding service. Not many staff members would have handled the situation with such grace.
