Atrocious customer service. Got gladiator tickets online and told them it was for an autistic child, They didn’t tell us we still had to come early morning and instead we arrived well before doors opened to be turned away and he had a meltdown. We had access tickets because he cannot queue from early morning. I wrote to complain and Daniel from customer services no empathy to our experience and that our child is still having a meltdown. They are not disability or autistic friendly and the place is a shambles
