Two things make me leave this rating.First, when I turned up for my event and went through the security check, the staff left our bags open instead of having the care to close the pockets once they had been checked. Complete lack of care for customers' property.At the end of the event, which was in the late afternoon (about 18:00), a large crowd of security personnel gathered immediately and started harassing the eventgoers, pressuring them to exit, shouting repeatedly that the venue was closed and standing by the toilets. I was unable to visit the facilities because of this constant harassment.THEY CARED ONLY ABOUT THE CLOCK AND NOT THEIR CISTOMERS. TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR, which left me unnecessarily stressed, angry and desperate for the toilet.
