Megan was very patient, informative and helpful to assist and support my query. The team were very responsive in answering my call and directing to the right teams promptly without having to explain the issue repeatedly.
Called out to Utmost late afternoon 13 April to obtain some important bond withdrawal information and Megan Laverty took my call. Megan highlighted the info cannot be provided telephonically due to calculations involved and explained we should have the info withing 48 hours. Refreshing to find the mail first thing in my in box next morning...great service.
Whilst I received an automated "we have received your email" reply immediately, it took 11 days before I had an email from your customer support team, which is far too long. By then, I'd long managed to fix the problem that I'd been having. So even three stars is possibly generous.
