This is the WORST experience with a company. We purchased a very expensive back window for our sxs. It showed up broken...ok it happens. They sent another one, after waiting forever and it showed up broken as well. In the SAME spot. Obviously a flaw. The customer service was awful. We had to follow up over and over and over. Then my husband was willing to give them a third chance until they told us we would have to wait for a formal review by the manufacturer and they wouldn't be refunding our money in the interim. We shipped the second one back and had to follow up for days to get the refund. They tried to sell us a cheaper product in between. This went on for MONTHS. We just finally got our refund.
