Not happy with this item, the zippers really suck any little bit of dirt on them they will not move. When I 1st received the item, I emailed to question the product and tried for a return. This company does not pick up the phone and only wants to deal via email telling you how it should or make it work. I do not recommend these soft windows or UTV Source for any parts or after-market upgrades. When I did the review on their website it came up with server error when I submitted it

Ordered a $450 roof cargo rack of 1-3-2025. Waited around for 7 days for shipping info. I was informed on the 7th day the item was discontinued and wasn't in stock. I then researched the product and found it at a competitor and in stock. I ordered it and the item shipped the same day. Now I'm waiting for my Refund from this lousy so-called dealer of UTV parts
First they expect you to scroll through a million options to verify it's the correct model even after selecting the right one. Then when you go to return it because it is the wrong part for the year they say oh we a drop down for you. Then go ahead and ship it back. Unused you won't be charged a restocking fee. Well ths bs. Over 50$ for them to put it back on there shelf. What a joke.
This is the WORST experience with a company. We purchased a very expensive back window for our sxs. It showed up broken...ok it happens. They sent another one, after waiting forever and it showed up broken as well. In the SAME spot. Obviously a flaw. The customer service was awful. We had to follow up over and over and over. Then my husband was willing to give them a third chance until they told us we would have to wait for a formal review by the manufacturer and they wouldn't be refunding our money in the interim. We shipped the second one back and had to follow up for days to get the refund. They tried to sell us a cheaper product in between. This went on for MONTHS. We just finally got our refund.
ordered a full skid plate for a ufocre 1000 xl crew cab they sent me one for a single cab. called the number for returns they disconnect as soon as they pick up filled a return the lady said it was my fault then said i used it and bolted it on when it has never touched a machine.
Mislabeled product. I ordered a street legal kit for Can am x3 and the Fang lights were not correct. Customer service was a joke. They blamed me for ordering the wrong kit even though I had saved my correct machine to "My Garage" on my account. I was told they would not do anything due to me having the kit halfway installed. Do not use this company. Use Rocky Mountain ATV istead.
