I ordered some rocker switches for my utv that were on sale. When I received the switches, they were not what I ordered. I checked my order to ensure I didn’t make a mistake and I ordered correctly but they sent me whatever they had I guess. I tried calling customer service several times, no answer. I tried online chat, which was run by a chat bot that kept going in circles with no resolution to my issue. I tried emailing but that wouldn’t go through either. Finally I was able to chat online through messaging and after having to take several pictures to prove their mistake I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to verify. Well I never received any verification so apparently I am out the $40, thankfully it’s only $40 and not thousands like other reviews I have seen.
