The experience, overall was quite frustrating and after reading the reviews, it really seems that outside of the misrepresentations of stock and other indices reported by other disenchanted customers that their customer service representative, "Chel" should really find another vocation. ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN - I felt obligated to give a follow up review after receiving personal attention and expedited service from Operations Manager, Kelli Jurasky. Kelli took it upon her onus to correct all the egregious practices leading up to my initial review. I have since received the merchandise (in time for my son's birthday) due to Kelli's diligence.
