The customer support team was commendable. They promptly fixed an error in my delivery address. They also tried to address my issue with the quality of the golf cap by offering a 20% refund, which I appreciated. HOWEVER, the image on the website of the golf cap I ordered bore no resemblance to what I received. The cap cost $50 plus $15 for shipping. I could have found a better cap elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I couldn't give this cap to my grandson; I would have felt embarrassed. There's no option to submit comparison images here, but I would if I could. I plan to steer clear of this company in the future, as their product image is misleading and feels like a dishonest tactic.
