The customer service team was very helpful. They quickly corrected an error with my delivery address where the wrong state had been entered. They also attempted to address my concerns about the quality of the golf cap by offering a 20% refund, which I appreciated. However, the cap I received looked nothing like the one shown on the website. I paid $50 plus $15 for shipping, and I could have found a better cap elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving this cap to my grandson. Unfortunately, I can't submit comparison photos here, but if I could, I would. I will be avoiding this company in the future, as the product image on their site is misleading and feels like a dishonest tactic.

The shipping process took far too long with minimal updates. The item arrived damaged. Most disappointing was that the product shown online appeared to be a proper 3D ornament, but what I received was merely a flat plastic image. My advice is to AVOID purchasing anything from this website. It's a complete joke.
I’m only giving one star because I can't give none. I thought I was buying a personalized wrestling FIGURINE, as advertised. What I got was a flat piece of wood. The ad showed a figurine, not a wooden cutout. I contacted the seller, who offered a 20% refund when I requested a full refund. I would never have spent £44 on a piece of wood. I wish I had read reviews before ordering, as I’m not the only one misled by this company.
Please do not purchase from this company. I paid £31.19 including shipping, and what I received was utterly disappointing given the price. The photo on the website was misleading. I ordered a personalized gift for my partner's 60th birthday, which should have been a silver snooker table and player statue. Instead, I received a poorly crafted piece of wood with a plastic image stuck on it, depicting a snooker table and a person pretending to play. This is a total rip-off.
