The customer service team was very helpful. They quickly corrected an error with my delivery address where the wrong state had been entered. They also attempted to address my concerns about the quality of the golf cap by offering a 20% refund, which I appreciated. However, the cap I received looked nothing like the one shown on the website. I paid $50 plus $15 for shipping, and I could have found a better cap elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving this cap to my grandson. Unfortunately, I can't submit comparison photos here, but if I could, I would.
