I had a problem connecting my new WiFi printer to the PC. The technician who helped me over the phone⁷ was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with my very slow computer. We never did manage to connect the PC wirelessly, but he did solve the slow Internet connection. The printer connnects wirelessly to other tech and as the problem proved to be with my PC, a cable solved the problem. I now have a better Internet connection and instant printing all from one phone call!
