I've been offered economy 7 tarriff, and received bill with standard rates. Have raised the issue, still unresolved from last 30 days. The partner (L75531) promised to be SPoC for all aspects with UW, but redirects us to Customer care, without any responsibility. Partner ensured us for referral codes, got their orders from reference, referral bonus never appeared in bill. The trust is breached with false promises and wrong billing. UW is just trying to shoulder-off the responsibility.
