Shambles
We were utility warehouse customers for about two years. After a while we became aware that the gas meter wasn’t making sense and advised them to they said they would make arrangements to fix it. They didn’t, we got fed up with the situation and left for octopus. Since then, octopus have replaced our meters, and all is going well with them. In the meantime utility warehouse have sent us to a debt collection company relating to a bill already paid (unrelated to the meter issue) , we have receipts, I’m not going to dance to their tune, Their customer service is atrocious, steer well clear of utility warehouse.
