Left the biggest/most expnsive/biggest Director Bonus Paying company after 40 years, (I don't like change lol). I moved house just over a year ago and moved to UW and wow do they look after you, keep you informed about what is happening, they not only do Energy, but also your mobile phone (yes 40+yrs lol) then on the call to move my mobile over the agent asked me how much was my WiFi...saved ne ££10 a month just on that. The few times I have called them, the operator that answered knew their product so well, and they are not only polite but KIND too, a rarity these days sadly - Thank you, Tyra. Don't wait to change, as the prices are bound to go up yet again, blaming anything except the Tool Maker's son!!
