I made a small pledge for a campaign, but they wouldn’t accept the rest of my payment after it ended. I attempted to reach out via email regarding the issue, but they ignored me for over a week. When I followed up, their reply was condescending, stating, “Sorry, we can't reply during non-business hours,” while they continued to send numerous ads for “limited time offers” without addressing my concerns or allowing me to pay directly. I’ve never faced such issues with other platforms for similar campaigns. I’m beginning to suspect this site might be a scam, especially given their history of poor communication with past customers. I wish I had known this earlier; losing $2 is better than potentially facing a much larger loss on an order they might never fulfill.
