On top of the ridiculous wait time for shipping to even start… They drop this bullshit in their policy that says “give us 40 days in order to ensure product quality.” if your shipping goes beyond that, they ask you to reach out to customer support who DOES NOT acknowledge your existence.

I got an XXL graphic mouse pad and some stickers. That apparently take 40 days to make. Search up some factory shit and watch them make a mouse pad in much lesser than 24hrs.

Upon further exploring of their shitty website. You look at their reviews and you see a good 500+ 1star reviews that don’t stand out. Why? Because they bottled the SHIT out of their reviews and dropped 5k+ 5star reviews to overcast the negative ones. Some of the reviews are either clearly the same person, anonymous with the most generic responses, fake ass names with the most generic response or obviously fake users with bunko reviews like “wow so good!” “So soft!” “Good quality!”

Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

I made a small pledge for a campaign, but they wouldn’t process the remaining payment after it ended. I reached out via email regarding the issue, but they ignored me for over a week. When I followed up, their response was condescending, stating, “Sorry, we can't reply during non-business hours,” while they continued sending multiple ads for “limited time offers” without addressing my concerns or allowing me to pay directly. I’ve never faced this problem on other platforms for similar campaigns, not even with smaller ones. I’m starting to believe this site might be a scam, especially after seeing their lack of communication with previous customers. I wish I had known this beforehand; losing $2 feels better than potentially facing a much larger loss on an order they might never fulfill.

Unreliable support raises doubts

I pledged for a plushie to support a creator I admire. The shipping site indicates that my payment is overdue, but I have no options to complete it. I reached out to support but have not received a response, and it’s been nearly a week since I emailed. I had a similar experience before when I mistakenly ordered an extra plush; it took multiple emails to finally get updates about my order.

Issues with shipment process

There seems to be a problem with the shipment—likely due to improper handling—and now I'm stuck in an email loop with their support team. I ordered over five months ago and have been in contact with support for two to three months, constantly asking for updates. They seem to do the bare minimum.

Long wait times for fulfillment

The fulfillment times are excessively long. I ordered in May 2025 and only received my item in November 2025. There was misleading information, as they claimed everything was made locally, yet the tag indicated it was made overseas. The product quality was just mediocre.

Payment made, but no product received

I placed an order on July 1st and have yet to receive any confirmation of shipping. The last update indicated it was at a fulfillment center last month. I’m increasingly worried that I might not receive my product. I keep receiving marketing materials, which are irrelevant since they haven’t even fulfilled my order. I purchased it because a streamer used it for merchandise, but I won’t be doing so again, as it feels more like a scam than a legitimate business.

Long wait without order or refund

I ordered a mousepad months ago. I was initially told it was in production, then that there were delays, and later that tariffs caused the hold-up. Eventually, I was told I would receive a full refund. None of this has proven true. I will never support this business again and will ensure my friends avoid it, too.

Order not received after nearly a year

I ordered a keychain in October 2024 and still haven't received it. I contacted customer service for over five months, and all they did was tell me they resubmitted the order, which happened at least six to seven times. This company is truly disappointing.
