Its december and I still have been trying to contact the company to get my merchandise and they continue to lie to my face saying they'd investigate and send out my order with highest priority. Additionally they'd still refused to look into why my gift codes don't work on my account. I've been trying to justify supporting them cause the creators I watch utilize them but this is ridiculous. I've had to miss merch drops because of this.
