Bad customer service.

Bad customer service.I am an amateur audiophile who owns over 30 headphones and earphones ranging from $25 to $2,000. This is my personal and genuine experience with V-Moda.All their responses are 'buy a new one' or 'send your old headphones for a 20% discount voucher'.It's an absolute disgrace; after the warranty the headphones cannot be repaired. I repeat, there is 0 support after the warranty, and no V-Moda products can or will be repaired by them.They used to be decent as they offered a 50% refund voucher for the value of your headphones, so you would pay half for the same headphones if you wanted a new one, now all I see is greed. Save your money. Unless you want to spend $300 every now and then. They just lost a customer and I will never recommend them to anyone anymore (i have recommended their product to at least half a dozen people).The headphones themselves sound good, I like them, but the company policies and customer support are just abysmal. Steer clear, there are better options.
