Lack of customer support

Although the headset speakers (Crossfade LP2) work well, the headband material begins to deteriorate after about a year of *light* use. After a few years, the product looks cheap and worn down.I tried contacting V-Moda to inquire about headband replacements, whether covered by warranty or purchased, but after submitting an email via their contact page and making multiple calls over the course of a week, I have not been able to reach anyone, except voicemail boxes.Looks like their customer service matches their ridiculous "Six-Star Service" slogan. Both are nonexistent.
