I've had the M100 headphones, which I absolutely love, for 4 years now. They're hard to beat for the money. I recently noticed that the material on the headband are crumbling, so contacted VModa customer service to buy a replacement. Their response was "sorry, we don't have this, so just go buy an aftermarket sleeve for it." If you manufacture the headphones, I'm almost certain you do do have them, right? The biggest problem with all this is that it's a known, common issue. I wanted to upgrade to the newer M200 in the coming year, but I won't. I'll look elsewhere for a company with a better quality product and better customer support, even if I have to spend more.
