Sales? Fine. Aftersales? Appalling!
Bought a car in November from their Stoke on Trent branch, sales process was fine and really happy with the purchase.
Car developed a fault in mid-January, which wasn't known about at the time. Despite being sold a "comprehensive" warranty, this fault wasn't covered (despite Nissan not showing what the fault was, without further investigation) - okay, fine. Asked for a refund as car was not fit for purpose.
This process - from being told about the lack of coverage, to getting the car collected and refunded - took weeks. Weeks where there was little proactive communication from V12, meaning I was calling them on an almost daily basis for information.
One example of this was (yet another) call for an update on when the car would be collected from Nissan, only to be told - for the first time - it was happening in three hours. Meaning I had to take time off work at extremely short notice to collect my personal items from the car.
Even when the car had been collected, it took multiple calls to find out what the refund amount would be, and when I would receieve it. Several promises of "payment is being sent out today" were proven to be wrong by the next call.
No surprise that the only department to call back promptly was the sales department, when there was a potential commission for selling a replacement vehicle!
After six weeks without a working car, finally got the refund and was then able to to buy a replacement - obviously not from V12!
