Absolute joke of a place
Was there for 2.5 hours to be offered a stupidly low ball price on my car as a px - 6500 below market value, I expect to make a loss but that’s just a joke then also wanted cash of me on top of my car one minute was a couple of thousand half an hour later came back wanting another thousand on top of the couple already stated and told me I also had to pay £179 for something I didn’t want nor ask for
I asked if I came and paid cash for the entire vehicle would I still have to pay the £179 and was told yes
The fee was for a ceramic polish
, hpi paperwork , some AirTag tracker and AA cover
I explained I had that with my bank but that don’t matter apparently
So they hpi tha car and make the new eventual owner pay for it
That’s not right
I went straight to another well known car dealer and purchased from them instead
, What a way to lose a 27 k sale v12
