I purchased two smart cameras recently. It took me hours to connect them, following the tutorial videos and the setup guide. After eight hours, they finally connected, but by morning, they were disconnected again. I've tried multiple times to reconnect with no success. The app is terrible; it keeps indicating no network while everything else in my home connects perfectly to Wi-Fi. This is the worst product I've ever bought. Thankfully, we haven't mounted the cameras yet.
