I purchased two smart cameras from the company yesterday. It took me hours to get them connected, despite following tutorial videos and the setup guide. After eight hours, they finally connected, but this morning they were disconnected again. I attempted to reconnect multiple times with no success. The app is incredibly poor; it keeps indicating no network, while all other devices in my home connect to Wi-Fi without issue. This is the worst product I have ever bought. Thankfully, we haven't mounted the cameras yet.

This product is utterly useless; it's always offline, and the app is cluttered with ads. I have to watch an ad before connecting to the camera, which is a huge concern if there are intruders in my yard. By the time the ad finishes, they could be gone.
This security camera is extremely unreliable, crashing frequently and barely functioning. It's a waste of time and money, and it has cost me a fortune to have it mounted on the wall. Very ineffective, and there's no one to reach out to for support.
