I purchased two smart cameras from the company yesterday. It took me hours to get them connected, despite following tutorial videos and the setup guide. After eight hours, they finally connected, but this morning they were disconnected again. I attempted to reconnect multiple times with no success. The app is incredibly poor; it keeps indicating no network, while all other devices in my home connect to Wi-Fi without issue. This is the worst product I have ever bought. Thankfully, we haven't mounted the cameras yet.
