★☆☆☆☆Avoid this company at all costs.RED FLAGS!!! I would never recommend using this villa rental company. Don’t waste your time or your money. They are completely unprofessional and impossible to deal with. They HAVE kept back €1,500 of my security deposit for a broken tv.. this tv was absolutely 100000% working as we left the villa in working condition.. it was simply a dirty TV screen. Something that could have been wiped cleaned with basic glass cleaner and a cloth by their cleaners, they have sent photos of the dirty marks and said they are charging 1500 euros for this!!!! when I asked them to clean it off and then send me proof via video of evidence that the tv is broken they refused and said we have professional cleaners, and no access now to the villa! ignoring my reply, showing them how to clean a tv screen correctly.. ignoring my phone calls and not responding to me. The way they handled the situation was unacceptable, and I will never use this company again and forced to take matters into my own hands to receive this money back! HEADACHE BIG RED FLAGS RAISED HERE
