Upon our arrival at the Villa, we raised concerns about its cleanliness and were assured that it would be fully cleaned the following day. This promise was not fulfilled, and after multiple attempts to reach out, we were completely ignored. We are still waiting for compensation. Be cautious; the focus seems to be solely on profit rather than customer care.
It’s always a pleasure to stay with the service. The apartment is perfectly located near everything, and the staff is consistently friendly and eager to assist. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent service provided. We look forward to returning!
