Fel was marvelous! He understood right away that I just needed a getaway with my grandkids and found a wonderful hotel in Orlando, near all the attractions and at a good price.:). Fel was VERY THOROUGH, LOOKED everything up to be sure he had all the right answers to my many questions, and told me exactly what to expect. :) If the grand hotel is a wonderful as Fel we will have a super time!
