Fel was marvelous! He understood right away that I just needed a getaway with my grandkids and found a wonderful hotel in Orlando, near all the attractions and at a good price.:). Fel was VERY THOROUGH, LOOKED everything up to be sure he had all the right answers to my many questions, and told me exactly what to expect. :) If the grand hotel is a wonderful as Fel we will have a super time! Thank you!!
Alex is very nice and helpful. I have spent long time on the phone and never be able to get a single call through. Thanks to Alex who talked to me on Chat and called me back to help on my reservation. Otherwise, I will miss my time window.
He helped me out a lot. We lost our grandfather, and we had a vacation planned for 2/15 that had to be postponed. We had to push it out six months, and he took care of everything quickly and without any issues at all. I truly appreciate how easy he made the whole process during such a difficult time.
I booked a trip to stay at the Luxor in Las Vegas for 3 nights. Received roughly 3 or 4 confirmation emails from VO, none of these emails stated I needed to do anything further to confirm my stay. Also, on each of these emails, the presentation location changed so it seemed somewhat suspect to me as if they wanted you to miss the presentation by continually changing the location. I arrived in Vegas and attempted to check in and the Luxor showed my reservation as canceled. Attempted to get VO on the phone, to no avail so I booked my own stay and paid out of pocket. I went ahead and attended the presentation the next day to see if they could make it right. Was given the runaround at the presentation about how it’s the “marketing company’s” fault and was not offered any type of accommodations for my inconveniences. The agents at the presentation gave me an email address and “VIP” phone number to call. Called the “VIP” line and it is for VO members only so that was no help. I was assured at the presentation I would be reimbursed if I emailed over my receipt, so I did that. I received a response that I need to call in to discuss. I do not have time to sit on the phone to try and remedy this situation. You would think a company attempting to gain business would have better customer service. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I would not recommend doing any business with this company.
I would advise anyone not to ever ever ever buy it is playing this is the first plan in the world of customer service it is extremely poor I'm on the phone right now with a guy named Josh and he's opening up my file and he's telling me that he's looking into trying to find out where my offers my vouchers that I had gotten when I did the vacation plan because mine you this is my last payment for vacation offer and Josh right now got me on expensive pole here the first time I called him he hung up in my ear and that's what they do I spoke to a very rude lady that works in there cuz they Outsource their business to like third world country and they are extremely rude they'll just hang up in your ear if they don't have any knowledge you know I understand that they want to get cheap help but they dog the people do not waste your money in the name of Jesus Christ with his company they will convince you I had vouchers from them that I sent in last year I send into the company to redeem my vouchers after I got ready to redeem my vouchers they told me that they cannot redeem about you because vacation offer did not pay them so they told me that nothing they can do so vacation offer said don't worry I won't lose my vouchers they had my vouchers available and I'm still waiting right now for my vouchers. Beware not a good deal
Rubin, the rep I spoke to, was patient and knowledgeable . He took time to understand the reason for my call, and used available resources and effort to assist me with my issues. The issue was resolved respectfully.

Be cautious about what they tell you. They make enticing promises regarding future vacations, but when they fail to deliver on what was sold, you find yourself beyond the 90-day dispute period with your credit card. They advertise a satisfaction guarantee, but it's only valid for 14 days, a detail that is buried in the fine print. Their claims are designed solely to secure the sale and often do not align with the actual terms. Unless you call back promptly to book your trip within two weeks, you risk missing the money-back guarantee and potentially being unable to dispute charges after 90 days. This service seems to misrepresent what they offer.
This company is a complete scam. Arrived at hotel to be told our room was canceled, despite getting an email confirmation from vacation offer just hours earlier. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Costumer service admitted they just take people's money and leave them stranded.
