Vacations To Go entered incorrect passenger information to push my booking through, took my payment, and a week later I was told the cruise line was cancelling a room due to a policy that should have been addressed upfront.The cruise line took responsibility for 50% of the error and VTG refused to take the other 50%. Not a trust worthy company, they do not do business in good faith. VTG being a 3rd party booking for cruises is not worth it, in the event of a concern you always have to have your vacations to go agent on the phone when talking to the cruise ship and then they over talk you and try to explain the cruise ship that they did this and that they’re in the right. Don’t be dumb like me and book with vacations to go. Book directly with the cruise line.
