I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a flight last March and I asked for a refund because my father was ill and couldn’t travel. We had proof and notes as well. VAGAMO customer service was rude and did not consider that. So many emails and phone calls later they told me NO REFUND, only to switch date and would have until March 2026. Vagamo Special services made me cancel my tickets bc they said I could reschedule. They gave me a phone number and email to call/email when I was ready to use. This was not good as my dad is still ill and can’t travel , but I wasn’t going to lose my other three tickets. I have been calling / emailing to try and reschedule before my tickets bc”expire” and no one answered my email or answer the number. This is extremely frustrating and I feel scammed. Worst experience ever. I need my money back now. Last time I have a bad review they reached out to me so maybe when you guys read this you’ll answer me. Unacceptable…
