I am so glad I DID NOT do business these people. I just happened upon their page as I was looking for my next trip. Not even 2 minutes of looking at their website, I started getting phone calls. I WILL NOT answer any calls that I do not have saved in my contacts....meaning I know and trust that person. Since I did not answer, they send me an email. I replied specifically stating I will not do business over the phone and that I want written quotes. They respond by saying they tried calling me. Also stated they sent me quotes and if I got them. ...nope, and let them know. After that, they ghosted me most likely realizing I am not stupid and won't willy nilly give out my cc info
Unfortunately there is no zero if there was a zero I would give it a zero horrible experience 0 customer service unbelievable the worst experience of my life I will never purchase even a gum from them this is my first and last time ever working with this company beware do not do business with them it's a trap they will get you get your money and leave you hanging take my word on it do not use them
Okay so I will explain my situation because you guys ask me to update my review I purchased a ticket through you guys for my dad name Dan gilboa booking numberDTDVKD unfortunately due to some legal matter that we did not know about my dad was held in the airport we ended up hiring a lawyer and fixing the situation he was finalized last week I called the company and submitted paperwork from the lawyer about what happened to be able to book my dad flight back they couldn't help me with the booking then they escalated it to a manager for one week I kept calling and getting different people to know help I was on hold for hours at one point after submitting the paperwork I was promised a refund for half of the ticket that was not used due to a situation that was created unknowingly my dad is 82 years old and had to come back for surgery after waiting a week with no respond and many many phone calls when I asked for the refund in writing and when am I going to get the half a ticket back every time I called they hanged up the phone on me I just got a phone call and I explained the situation to the lady on the phone and as I was expected she ended up hanging up the phone on me even though I submitted all legal paperwork and I need to be reimbursed for the half a ticket they are ignoring me and by law I am covered because there was an issue that was unexpected and was documented they do not want to refund my money I ended up booking the flight somewhere else and I'm expecting someone decent to refund the half ticket there was promised to me to resolve the issue if someone can contact me and resolve the issue I will remove the review if not I will never use them again
I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a flight last March and I asked for a refund because my father was ill and couldn’t travel. We had proof and notes as well. VAGAMO customer service was rude and did not consider that. So many emails and phone calls later they told me NO REFUND, only to switch date and would have until March 2026. Vagamo Special services made me cancel my tickets bc they said I could reschedule. They gave me a phone number and email to call/email when I was ready to use. This was not good as my dad is still ill and can’t travel , but I wasn’t going to lose my other three tickets. I have been calling / emailing to try and reschedule before my tickets bc”expire” and no one answered my email or answer the number. This is extremely frustrating and I feel scammed. Worst experience ever. I need my money back now. Last time I have a bad review they reached out to me so maybe when you guys read this you’ll answer me. Unacceptable…
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this service. When I called, they offered the cheapest tickets, but what I received were the worst options. They claimed I could pay an additional $40 for baggage, but later charged me without proper explanation. When I tried to reach out for clarification, they would hang up on me repeatedly. I couldn't even retrieve my ticket number. Avoid this business at all costs; I regret my decision and feel completely scammed.
I’ve had a fantastic experience working with our travel agent so far! They’ve been incredibly helpful, attentive, and responsive, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Although we haven’t taken the trip yet, I’m confident that it’ll be amazing. Highly recommend!
