My BUSINESS IS IN CANADA.
I have been in contact with support for over 10 days now and for the last 4 days nobody has gotten back to me and has ignored all emails and calls. There was an upgrade done in February and on Feb 20 and 21 our system was a joke. Our clients were charged 2 or 3x before their transaction went through and some didn't even show up. This company owes my business $733.18 since Feb 20th!!!! Now they ignore me and several emails 8 days ago in fact, stated it would be in my account and posted by March 3rd!!! I am angry and appalled at the horrible service and they owe me this money!!! I have also filed a dispute with the BBB to get someone's attention. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!
