Vagaro's app is an absolute nightmare for anyone trying to run a legitimate business. Every single time I try to check out a client, a massive half-screen popup or overlay covers everything—blocking the screen completely so I can't proceed, record anything, or complete the transaction. It's impossible to work around.

Their support team blames me, claiming I'm "not following procedure," then forces me to jump through endless hoops: recording videos, sending screenshots, troubleshooting for hours (sometimes days), only to finally admit, "Sorry, you'll have to wait for the next Apple app update in two weeks." Two weeks later, it gets "fixed"... for about two weeks. Then the exact same infuriating popup returns, and the whole cycle of wasted time and frustration starts over.

This isn't a minor glitch—it's a recurring, business-crippling defect that Vagaro refuses to properly address. Instead of fixing their broken software, they seem more interested in shoving promotional popups and upsells down our throats to squeeze out extra money.

I've already invested nearly $10,000+ yearly , subscriptions, and fees with Vagaro, yet I spend more time fighting their unreliable app than focusing on my actual clients and growing my business. No professional should have to babysit a scheduling/POS system 24/7 or worry that basic checkout will fail mid-service because of some aggressive promo overlay.

Vagaro isn't helping businesses succeed—it's actively sabotaging them with incompetence and greed. If you're considering this platform, run the other way. Save yourself the headaches, lost revenue, and endless support loops. This app is terrible, and the company behind it should be ashamed.
