To VAGUpdate, feel free to post anything here from what you claim that I "threatened" you with. You are by far the worst seller I have ever dealt with.Original review below...Order #7357Unfortunately like others, VAGUpdate went dark after the order was placed. The order process was swift, I've even sent initial queries about the process and they were responding swiftly to my emails and my chats on their website, so I was initially happy. After placing the order, I quickly received full instructions and the download link for the firmware upgrade to my VW Sharaan MIB2 box. However the version they sent did not match my car and upgrade failed. I've been chasing them ever since and not a single reply is received from them. I've sent them over 5 emails, for more than a week now, and called their number (which only forwarded to a voicemail from an Asterisk box) and left a message, and requested at least a refund, but they are not replying at all. It seems that if the download works, the order is fine, if not, then your money is lost and you will not get a reply from them. I am really disappointed with this fact, as the initial process was really convenient, but why would they not reply is just beyond me. Therefore I would advise that you would avoid and not risk ordering a firmware upgrade from them, and I will be chasing my bank to see what my options are regarding a refund.
