The reason for the 4 stars is you need to purchase the $100 app if you want to wear it more than 15 minutes. Also, you can only wear it 30 minutes at a time. It doesn't allow more minutes. Update: Contacted by the company. I didn’t need to purchase the $100 app to gain more time. Daughter is successfully wearing it daily. It has kept her nausea away.
